Is the Retro Station a used mini pc?
Yes, in line with our core value of being environmentally friendly, we use pre-owned mini PCs. Each unit is thoroughly refurbished and tested to ensure it is fully operational before shipping. This allows us to offer a powerful yet affordable retro console while giving gamers the opportunity to participate in environmentally friendly practices.
The wireless controllers are new, and the Wiimote light guns are original and refurbished, as there are no more new original Wiimotes being produced.
What is the warranty?
We provide a 1-year warranty for the mini PC console and a 3-month warranty for the wireless controller and Wiimote light gun with the IR bar.
Can I add extra games that are not on the game list?
Yes, we can help add 5 extra games to the console.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards such as Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Apple Pay. Our payments are processed through the Stripe payment gateway.

Can I order without a credit card?

Which company do you use for shipping?
We use DHL Express for shipping.
How long is the delivery?
Delivery to the USA typically takes 2-5 working days, plus an additional 1-2 days for us to prepare the console.
Do I have to pay a customs fee?
No, there is no customs fee for products valued under USD 800.
Can I change my delivery address?
If the parcel has not been shipped, we can change the address. However, once it has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes. We apologize for the inconvenience.
How do I track my parcel?
We will email you the tracking number once the parcel has been shipped.
